Current Orders

The Current Orders section displays the RI Court ordered amount payable to the Custodial Parent.

Multiple Cases
  • In the Case Information page click on the radio button next to the case to view the Current Orders and Past Due Balances for a specific case. Next, click the Current Orders/Past Due Balances link located in the left menu navigation.
Child Support
Shows the payments ordered to be paid by the Non-Custodial Parent toward the current child support obligation.
Arrears
Shows the arrearages (balance due) owed to the Custodial Parent.
Reimbursement
Shows the amount of reimbursement ordered to be paid to the Custodial Parent.
Spousal Support
Shows the amount of spousal support owed to the Custodial Parent.
Medical Support
Shows the amount of medical support ordered to be paid to the Custodial Parent or to be retained by the State as reimbursement for state Medicaid.
Past Liability
The amount owed ordered to be paid by the Non-Custodial Parent toward the past liability obligation.
Amount
Amount displays the dollar amount owed for each category, if no money is owed 0 is displayed as the dollar amount.
Frequency
Frequency displays how often payments are to be made, if no payments are expected the word None is displayed.
Begin Date
Begin Date shows when the first payment was scheduled to be made, if no payments are expected dates should be blank.
End Date
End Date shows when the last payment is scheduled to be made, if no payments are expected dates should be blank.
Past Due Balances

Past Due Balances page displays the past due money owed to the Custodial Parent and the State.

As Of
Displays the last date the information was updated.
Arrears
The amount past due less interest accrued.
Interest
Displays the interest charged on the past due past amount.
Spousal
Amount if any that is spousal support.
Past Liability Arrears
Displays the amount in past liability arrears.
Total Due
Displays the total amount in arrears and accrued interest owed to the Custodial Parent and the State for Court order payments.
